Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
We will perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of our site. We will also inform partners of this aggregated data, when applicable. Only non-identifiable aggregated data from these analyses will be provided to third parties.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future communication from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
- Inquire what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.

Upon request, we will make reasonable efforts to delete a user’s personal information from our database. It may be impossible to delete a user’s entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.
Notwithstanding any opt out of promotional information by the user, we may contact a subscriber, client, potential client or former client regarding account status, changes to the subscriber agreement and other matters relevant to the underlying service or the information collected.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. There is a difference between information communicated for marketing purposes and for legal services. It is important for the user of this website and related services, such as calendar scheduling, to be aware of and accept the limitations of security of each type of information. Use of the website and services implies consent.
We use modern marketing solutions which allow us to share and collect information over the internet, via website(s), email, calendar scheduling, webinars, videos, etc. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personally identifiable information we collect and store. However, we cannot guarantee security of information in transmission to us because no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
In addition, information that is gathered and/or provided (e.g., web pages viewed, form information submitted) is stored in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, which is accessible via secure login by members of our team, select third parties (such as a marketing agency), and technology support professionals. In addition, to support certain activities, such as webinar registrations, multiple technology solutions are employed, meaning data is transferred among multiple systems, plus there is human review and processing of some of this data. While this information will not be rented or sold, it should not be considered “secure” and therefore no sensitive information should be provided.
There are, however, transactions via parts of the website and/or other technologies, which meet higher security thresholds. We take extra steps to protect this information both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data or information submitted via the “Client Portal”), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. However, just because a web page has the “https” preface does not guarantee it is secure and protected as described in this paragraph.
When information is submitted via the Client Portal or via personal emails to the MG Law Team staff, these will be protected and treated as secure. Note: this excludes emails to/from TheChurchLawyers@mglawteam.com (and other designated emails, as may be added). Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information submitted in these ways. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information submitted via the Client Portal and/or personal emails are kept in a secure environment.
