Dorcas Grubaugh’s practice includes general nonprofit, corporate, corporate transactions, corporate governance, contracts, estate planning, probate, and related matters.
Prior to joining Middlebrook | Group, PLLC, Mrs. Grubaugh served as associate counsel in another Grapevine law firm. Mrs. Grubaugh’s duties included a broad range of transactional, corporate, health, real estate, probate, wills, and trust law. Mrs. Grubaugh also has prior experience in commercial loan documentation.
Dorcas is married, has five children, and attends Fielder Church in Arlington, Texas.
